Rep. Rob Bishop (R-Utah) said that no one should be in Congress for more than 12 years.

He has been there for 16.

So according to his own words, the former teacher is nearly four years overdue to return home to Brigham City, Utah. He has been there almost 33 percent longer than he himself said he should be.

Set aside the out-of-state donations (he does believe in federalism) or even his failure to speak out…
